A good wine and sides to go with lasagna??

im making some dinner….anyone have some good stuff i could add to the meal and or a good wine or drink to go with it??

      Assuming that this is a meat, red sauce and ricotta lasagna would go best with a light dry red, such as: Chianti, Pinot Noir or a Beaujolais.

      Sides recommended:
      Zucchini fried in salt, pepper, garlic, basil and olive oil.
      Good homemade garlic bread, lightly toasted. (best with clarified butter)

      lasagna::::uuummm

      leafy caesar salad

      small bowl of cubed watermellon

      Garlic bread , midium size cubes

      Wine of your choice
      (semi-sweet red wine-w/be my choice)

      goblet of sparkling spring water

      I don;t care for much wine, I hate grapes, anyway I tried some 100% Blackberry wine that is awesome with pastas. I would recommend it to anybody. I think it’s (sp.) Manoschevitz. Try it.
