a store in cape cod that sells all shells and dried fish?

when i was younger i went to cape cod and near p-town there was a store that sold all different types of shells in different colors. i remember you could also buy hermit crabs. i dont remember the name of the store though, could you help? i know you had to walk up a flight of stairs and there was a taffy or fudge store near it. thanks!

      There’s a place like that in Orleans - you can see if from the rotary.
