Used to be both but now its just caffiene in general. Doesn't matter if its coffee or not. I have a small moment of tranquility knowing thats its more socially acceptable to have yellow teeth vs black lungs
I smoked fifty plus cigarettes per day and I have been clean for five years.
My addiction also included coffee abuse and I consumed 25 plus per day.
I owned an urn so I really don’t know how much I was consuming.
I thought it was O.K because most people drink coffee and the habit grew gradually. It took me decades to realise I was suffering from withdrawals when I didn't get enough caffeine. Symptoms included and were not limited to sweats, bad migraines, and moodiness. I think that I may have been argumentative on these occasions.
I now don’t smoke at all and I consume coffee a few times per week.
I am no longer dependant on any chemicals of any sort!
