Any advice on getting into the wine broker/distributing industry?

My husband has been in the real estate and sales industry for quite some time. The real estate industry has backfired two times now for obvious reasons. He is very passionate about wine and is looking to get into the wine broker/distributing industry. Anyone out there have any advice on how to make this transition? I know employers look for experience, which he has some, but nothing in distribution. We have a family and he would like to do something he is passionate about and take care of his family at the same time. He has an interview for a broker position on Tuesday- any advice as to what he can expect would be very grateful and helpful. We are in the Miami, FL area, so anyone in this area that could help me out would be VERY greatly appreciated.
