I've taken Paxil 30mg for years.
I've taken the B-vitamin complex for a while with no problems.
Just recently added Fish Oil to the mix, have not noticed any positive or negative effects as yet. Does this stuff take a while to work? I've only had it for about 5-6 days and notice nothing.
Any problems with these?

Yes, they are safe. B-complex would be good for you to take because it contains B-6 which is required for the production of serotonin. When I am a little stressed or have difficulty sleeping B-complex is helpful, it provides a calming affect. Sometimes it actually will make me sleepy. I have not noticed any mental effects from fish oil, but there is good evidence that it can have a positive effect. It has a significant positive effect on inflammation- I discovered this by accident when dealing with a nerve inflammation issue. I take several capsules per day for this reason.
