Are food vendors open during concerts at American Airlines Center?

I'm wanting to know if the food vendors who are open during sporting events are open during concerts. I'm going to a concert Monday night and won't have time to eat anywhere but the AAC itself.

      Yes, anytime there is an event at the AAC there are food vendors open.

      Yes. Take lots of money. You could eat at a steakhouse for the price of a hot dog, nachos and a coke.!!! Well not really, but darned close.
