no everything seems fine, maybe use skim milk or like low fat milk instead of full cream milk, and umm try to avoid the coffee. But the pumkin seems really interesting.

sounds fattening. one cup of whole milk and one cup of yogurt alone is nearly 300 calories alone, nevermind the coffemate and honey…

it looks normal just try to cut down on the coffee mate because they put this chemical in it.

Yes. What’s fattening here isthe cup of milk, one cup of yougurt and the 1/4 of coffee mate. My guess on the no. of calories here is at least 1,200 calories.

Everything will have nutrition information on the back of the container. A peach is about 36 calories. The yougurt is usually 140 unless it is light yougurt. Everything else check the label, and add it all up.

I am 34 weeks and that sounds healthy enough , you shouldn’t worry to much about calorie and fatty stuff . As long as the food or fruit is fresh its healthy to eat. Remember to exercise if you worried about weight and diets don’t work and they will never work!

Looks ok, if you wanted to improve it I would cut the honey and coffee (trust me it tastes fine without it) and use low fat or skim milk and yoghurt.

That’s not too bad at all. The only thing I would say is to use one or two percent milk instead of whole milk. You could also use lowfat yogurt instead of regular yogurt.

I really hope that this isn’t just for one person… o_O
Honestly, if you just put a 1/2 cup of low-fat milk with 1/2 cup of crushed ice and a peach, you’re good (for one serving). Peaches are very sweet and the honey isn’t needed at all. Nor is the coffee mate (the point of coffee mate is to make things creamy; you’re already using a cup of milk and yogurt!). I guess you could add a little bit of light yogurt, but it seems unnecessary to me.

      So yes, it’s very fattening.
