those in poor ghettos that get only small portions of food to eat each day are better off than those gorging themselves on worthless junk food. Who is really starving their bodies, those who eat little, or those who eat junk food with no food value in it?

Junk food is like emptying your purse at the grocery store and getting nothing for your money.

as humans we should avoid all processed foods. any food with corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils and chemicals that you cant pronounce should be avoided at ALL costs. Also, you should never eat at a fast food place. you should eat organic fruits and vegetables, chicken and beef that have not been injected with hormones, and ANY food that was grown in the earth. And plenty of fish…Your body will live well past 100 if you do this. Also, if you want to keep a keen mind, please please please AVOID THE BIBLE and RELIGION! …..

I think you've got it right but what many don't realize is that our bodies are amazing at sustaining themselves. That coupled with the LORD's sustanence help us during fasting, malnutrition, gorging or many states. Those aren't optimal for health and performance, but in my experience this is my apt observation. We should all seek to LEARN AND LISTEN to our bodies, be aware of food sensitivities and allergies and act accordingly and in obedience to The Spirit. Great question. You're thinking rightly.

Eating junk food a lot doesn't mean the person is starving. But they can easily become malnourished. Their body isn't getting the natural vitamins, proteins, and nutrients that will help their body fight viruses, that will help their digestive system and give power to their brain and muscles. But they aren't starving. The people in the ghettos are actually starving.

I will not get into your unlearned type of question but here is my answer:
A variety of reasons from your qualifying statements.

I think some people are starving because they try to fill an inner need with food when that is not what they need at all.
Everyone is different, too. Some people cannot tolerate carbs, and others can't tolerate sweets well.
I think grazing is a lot better for you than eating 3 big meals a day.
Also, eat ONLY when you are hungry. Some people just can't tell the difference beween hunger and somethine else.

No matter how or what you eat, the earth has been depleted of it's nutrition. And to get what isn't in the food, but was, you have to find out what your body needs most and supplement it.
First hand experience. Virtually all diseases are from starving the body of it's needs.
Even exercise has it's place. Sitting too much will cause stool to be hard to get rid of.
Walk a dog and see how long it takes him to get it out.
People are no different.
BUT!!! Vitamins need looking at also. Coated pills frequently pass through us without dissolving.
An article I read a while back stated the cleaning process of municipal sewers turns up tons of undissolved vitamin pills that have to be treated in a special way. "TONs" Truck loads.

explain then why those that ate nothing but cheeseburgers, beer, cigarettes tend to live longer….is it because they are more mean then those that eat healthy? has there even been any kind of study on this? in my own experience, junk food eaters with bad attitudes live longer than any health food eaters..

A couple of things
Most Americans are not starving
Junk food does have food value
The body can't tell the difference between natural and artificial chemicals
Starches are cheaper than proteins which is why they constitute such a large part of a poor person's diet.
HFCS is put in food to act as a preservative, and increase it's Not to make it taste sweet

there is no such thing as 'junk' food. If it's junk it isn't food. If it's food then it isn't junk. it can't be both.
The closest thing to a food with no nutritional value at all is celery, but even celery isn't generally considered to be bad for people.
