if it is made with lots of oil than no, but if it is not, that is very healthy

If made with a lot of oil, no. If you only use a little then yes it is very healthy.

Yes! Chicken is a lean meat - low(er) in fat and a good source of protein. Noodles are complex carbs, which provide long-lasting energy AND help you to beat the snack attack later. Chili and basil provide essential vitamins. What’s not to like? Just make sure your portion size is sensible.

depends on how you cook it

-try to use as little fats/oils as possible and don’t add unnecessary condiments e.g. extra salt (use soy sauce instead)
-remember to cut the fat off the chicken

      hope i helped
