Yes! Chicken is a lean meat - low(er) in fat and a good source of protein. Noodles are complex carbs, which provide long-lasting energy AND help you to beat the snack attack later. Chili and basil provide essential vitamins. What’s not to like? Just make sure your portion size is sensible.
-try to use as little fats/oils as possible and don’t add unnecessary condiments e.g. extra salt (use soy sauce instead)
-remember to cut the fat off the chicken

if it is made with lots of oil than no, but if it is not, that is very healthy

If made with a lot of oil, no. If you only use a little then yes it is very healthy.
