Can beans be stir-fried to be cooked(can be eaten) after they are soaked in water for an overnight time? ?

I prepare various beans for my meal, mung beans, kidney beans, black beans, adzuki beans, etc. They all cost a long time to cook. So I usually soak them in water for several hours before cooking. I use a automatic rice cooker to cook them. I cook them together. Now I am wondering can I stir-fry them to be cooked(can be eaten) after I soak them in water for an overnight time.
I have some misgivings that they can't be stir-fried to be edible.
Maybe I need to stew them for quite a while.

you can prepare your beans either stir fried or stewed.
it’s all up to you really just make sure your beans are soft enough

I doubt they’ll be on the heat enough to get cooked.

I’d soak overnight, drain, bring to boil w/ fresh wate and simmer for at least an hour…depends upon bean of course, but taste and see if done. Then you can take out of water, rinse, refrigerate, and add a handful or two as needed to stir-frys.
