I plan to drink quite a bit tmrw night.. like 6 shots of vodka or so.. probably mixed with some drink ( diet soda)
So what shoud i do so i dont ruin my diet?

Stick to diet-7-up without the vodka. You will like yourself in the morning.

Don’t go without eating. It will increase the alcohol’s effect. If you’re a serious dieter, you should cut your caloric intake say, that morning and the days following the drinking. Given that you plan to do six shots you probably won’t be eating much the next day anyhow.

it shouldnt ruin your diet, just dont drink it often or daily, just periodically

Dont drink it. Alcohol is loaded with calories and will ruin you diet.

Most people who are on a diet either order a vodka & diet or Michelob Ultra. Both are pretty low in carbs.

Of course. alcohol is pure calories and no nutrition. The worst ting for a diet.

I hope you can decide how many to drink on your diet.
But be strong, have a few and then tell yourself, a moment on the lips , but a lifetime on the hips.
Moderation is key too.
