      you can re-heat anything in the microwave except for metal. it all depends on what texture you prefer your food to be…i reheat noodles in the micro, but add a little water beforehand to keep the moisture, and cook on a lower wattage to prevent crisping on the ends of the noodles.

      yes you can reheat but the taste wont be the same as stir fried so carefull

      yes, however, you might want to sprinkle a little bit of water on them. As the microwave may dry them out. Other than that bon appetit!
