I’m now trying to now use fruits to solve my sweet tooth, but don’t want to keep too much fresh fruit around so I on’t have to worry about eating it up in a short amount of time. But I also am trying to lose weight.
Thanks to all who answer. ![]()

Some, but not a whole lot since it has had time to really soak or marinade in it so-to-say. It’s best to use fresh fruit, and just sprinkle lightly some granulated or powdered sugar, syrup has way to many calories and will spike your blood sugar very quickly. And if you do not burn off that sugar as energy that day, it will store in the body as fat.

you should just drain it and eat without the juice

There’s a lot of fruit that’s canned in it’s own juice. Try that.

Warm water and let drip dry and them pat with paper towel. should remove the majority of it, remember there were the seeping into the fruit and you removed the majority of it.
