Sure. why not. It would be a pasta salad. I suspect the Caesar will be better because it's got more flavor. You can eat it cold or warm, but I wouldn't mix it when the pasta's hot because you don't want to cook the dressing.

The ceasar makes a great sauce!

You can, but you can also improvise a simple "sauce" from a can of diced tomatoes if you have them…..That's one thing I ALWAYS keep on hand in my pantry (along with olives, canned cream-of soups, relishes, and the like, you never know when you'll need it, and it has a very long shelf life)
Drain a can (15 oz) of diced tomatoes…..pour into a saucepan with some olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano (if you have it, or Italian Seasoning, either will work) and some minced garlic……Heat, till incorporated; serve over your angel hair pasta and Enjoy!!!

I think the ceasar would be great.
I use Gerards Champagne dressing all the time on my pasta instead of marinara…Or you could always just do butter/olive oil with parmesan cheese if you have that.

I would use either one but you could always try to mix a little of both together and see what it tastes like. Is this a cold pasta? If so you could even add a little bit of veggies. I've even used salad dressing on pasta with sauteed mushrooms. I'm not really big on winging it when it comes to food, kinda by the recipe kind of girl, but I would just taste it first. If you don't like it, then how about a little butter and garlic salt?
