Well here is my recipe. It calls for butter, but I am sure you can substitute.

      2/3 c. white sugar
      2/3 c. brown sugar

      1 c. butter (substitute)

      2 eggs

      1 tsp. salt
      1 tsp. soda
      1 tsp. vanilla

      2 1/2 c. flour
1 bag of chocolate chips (semi or milk)
      nuts (optional)

350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Try stirring them by hand instead of using a mixer. Also, make sure butter or substitute is at room temp.

I spaced the ingredients in the order you add and mix them. I am sure you could try using splenda. The whole wheat might be weird. Maybe use half and half. Whole wheat and bleached flour.

it is really best to use real ingredients like butter, flour, and sugar when baking. I'm sure you can find recipes to use with those chemical substances, but the quality and taste won't be the same. better to make good cookies with the real thing and just eat fewer of them. i have a great recipe but i assure you it won't work with those ingredients. remember baking is chemistry, and those unnatural substitutes just don't work well.
