CAN u give me a cookie recipe out of these ingredients i have? i dont have eggs right now and milk?

all purpose flour
baking powder
baking soda
brown sugar
salt
butter
vanilla extract
will i still melt the butter before i mix it wd brown sugar?

      cookies need eggs, unless you are baking no bake cookies and you don’t have the right ingredients for no bake cookies
