Depends. I work during the week and usually take whatever is leftover from dinner.
On weekends generally maybe a sandwich or soup or a salad, that type of thing.

A sandwich is typical American (USA) lunch. Most restaurants would offer a soup and sandwich special.

Turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard on a hard roll is pretty typical.

I love all types of food so I eat a variety of different things for lunch. I love spinach salad, pizza, souvlaki, chicken parmesan sandwich, spaghetti, chicken enchiladas, french dip or some other type of sandwich. I usually have leftovers when I cook dinner which is almost every night, so I will take leftovers for lunch to try to save money.

Me, personally…usually leftovers from the night before. Standard American lunches include sandwiches, pizza, hamburgers, salads and soups.

A sandwich. 2 slices of bread, 2 or 3 slices of meat, 1 slice of cheese, a teaspoon of mayonnaise, a 1/2 teaspoon of mustard, 1 piece of iceberg lettuce, and 2 slices of tomato. This is so simple to make and easy to carry to school or work which is why it is so popular.
