Can you mix straight vodka with a powdered drink mix?

I am just not a fan of the taste of straight vodka someone told me mixing in a powdered drinik mix will elimintate the taste.

    well make drink mix with water then let it get cold
    then add few shots of vodka to each glass you make

    i use oj or cranberry juice with vodka and it masks the taste

    Heck yeah! Just make sure that you make the actual drink mix and then add vodka. Don’t just add the powder to the vodka, not quite sure how that would work out. Also you could try to mix it with juices, cranberry is a popular one to mix with.

    It would alter the taste that’s for sure, but you’ll still taste it. Try switching up your brands of vodka to see which taste you like better. I find mixing with pop to be the best. You can also get flavors in the smirnoff brand. Either that or find a new poision. Ever had a porn star?

    I mix vodka with sugar-free lemonade, so good or you can buy flavored vodkas

    mix the powder with water first. otherwise i can imagine it wouldnt help enhance the flavor as much…who knows though. i dont really like vodka, so if i drink liquor i usually go for rum. there are a lot of good rums out there, much easier to drink than vodka. enjoy

    It depends on how strong you want it. There’s no reason you can’t replace some or all of the water with alcohol. I do it with frozen lemonade all the time.
