I have a box of Mediterranean Focaccia [pardon my spelling if it's spelled wrong.] Bread and it calls for 12 oz. of beer….Well, I don’t drink and really don’t feel like going out for only 12 oz. of beer. Can you substitute Coke for Beer? Someone told me you can, but I just want to make sure.

Yes, I have done it successfully.
Ginger ale would work also, but not wine.
(my experience only)

No, you could substitute soda water for beer. But not coke or a flavored soda.
