I know I should stay away from carbs when trying to lose weight, but I just have to eat some pasta salad every night. What should I do? Are there alternatives that might be better?

Well, pasta salad can be healthy, as long as you don’t over do it on any meat, like salami, you add to it, and go easy on any dressing.
I think it’s find to eat a half cup to a cup of pasta salad a night, as long as you keep it healthy and don’t drown it in meat and dressing.
