Is it safe to and eat a chicken if it is kept not refrigerator?I accidentally left a marinaded chicken in room temp for 3 hours.Would it be safe to fry it and eat it?

she has breathing wierd for a couple of hours now she kind of sounds like a goose honking constently i’m wondering what i should do with her she is under a year old and healthy …….. well at least i thought so
