what is your favorite thing?

I was wondering if anyone had any chinese food recipes. And by this i mean actual food that they eat in china. Not the americanized stuff you find on the street corner. When i worked in china last year the food was excellent and nothing like the chinese food here. So far [...]

Well I am…. Just read this article about Chinese catfish just to mention one item they send to the US and others. And there is all the other food items.. This poisoning of people is going on daily in the name of a global economy.

My girlfriend has a kidney condition, and she can't eat a lot of salt. But we're going to order Chinese food next time she's over. She's going to get Moo Gu Gai Pan, because she doesn't like spicy food, and has never had Chinese food before.
Does Moo Gu Gai Pan have too much salt [...]
