tell me your best Japanese food!!!

Okay, me and my friends love japan. The culture, some food we tried, Manga, Anime, etc.
Anyway, over thanksgiving break we want to have our own Japanese Thanksgiving. (I realize its not celebrated in Japan) We want to have tons of Japanese foods to eat. So, any help?

A friend of mine went to Japan and tried this dish and I’m trying to find the recipe for it. She described it basically as spaghetti bolgonese with a fried egg on top, which is simple enough, but am wondering if the spices used may have been different. I realize this is a long shot, [...]

Or Greek, French, Korean, or somethin’ else?

I have:
-Smoked Salmon
-Rice
-Miso Soup (in packets)
-Soy Sauce
-Noodles
-Green tea
-Assorted meats (I’m pretty sure)
-Things like sugar and flour etc…
And then typical things you could find in an American kitchen. What other Japanese foods can I make besides sushi, onigiri, and (obvious) miso soup?
