i purchased a pack from 98.4 pharmacy in new delhi and it was marked non-veg isn’t it suppose to be vegetarian!???

Im 25 years young 6ft, 165 lbs. Athletic build, very active. Ive been eating meat for breakfast, lunch and dinner for years. I wana go on mostly a vegi’s now. But Im afraid it wont fill me up cuz I eat ALOT..ALOT, and I dont wana lose weight either. Thanx

I have been a vegetarian now for four years and am very proud of the fact that I haven’t touched meat. But, since I am allergic to nuts, and peanut butter i don’t get a lot of protein in my system, so I “heard” that vegetarians can eat fish.
is that true? i haven’t done it.

I was just wondering, for a long time I have only eaten chicken, and recently cut meat out totally.
