How do you get rid of alcohol and liquor?

Did the Whiskey Rebellion , the political debates in Congress over Jay’s and Pinckney’s Treaties and the heated debates between Hamilton and Jefferson over a national bank contribute to Washington’s distrust of political factions?

the bottles are unopened with crossing tax stamps one dated 1971 the other bottle dated 1974 neither bottle is opened the tax stamps are intact. are these full bottles worth anything. would they be worth trying to sell.
