Do you think cheesy cauliflower would go better as a side dish with pork or chicken? How would you prepare the meat?

Oh, yummmmm…..would go with either, depends on the cheese. Milder cheese for the pork…..spicy, sharp or even pepper jack for the chicken.

I would bake or BBQ the meats.

I would say it would be best with the pork. As far as preparing the pork, I would marinade it with salt, pepper, and garlic for at least 12 hours. Then, throw it on the grill and cook it until the center turns white and all the pink is gone. The meat will be super juicy and a nice compliment to the cauliflower.

Side note, I once baked califlower with chopped parsley, salt, pepper, garlic, butter and some parmesan… it came out really good!

Goes great with either dish. Baked or BBQ, but not fried, to darn greasy and unhealthy.

Pork, Roast it in the oven. :D
With a little johnny's seasoning salt.

I find pork is delicious with apple sauce too.
I have no idea as to why, but it is what my family does.

I love cheesy cauliflower casserole! And, I've eaten it with both pork chops and grilled chicken.

Chicken: marinate in Italian dressing overnight, drain and either roast in the oven or grill.

Pork Chops: season with a mixture of kosher salt, rubbed sage and fresh ground pepper. Set aside for at least 2 hours for flavors to blend. Grill or roast in oven. Baste with a mixture of white wine, dijon mustard, and a little apricot jam or orange marmalade.
