Our Brand New ACCELERATED Fat Loss Diet!my sister has the new version of the chocolate phone and it is not working. when she turns it on it is fine for two minutes but then is shows the "pull down & release lock key on side to unlock keypad" screen then the touch screen (clr, spk. -, -) stay on and the only way to turn it off is to take out the battery. she cant call anyone or answer her phone.
any idea what is happening or how to fix it…plz help
now her touch (clr, spk, -, -) are flashing…

Tell your sister to turn off the phone. Take the battery for 20 mintues. Put the battery back in the phone. Turn it on. See if the locking stops. If not, you could possibly try to do a reset on the phone.
If still having issues, your sister can do warranty exchange. If your sister just bought the phone, she has 30 days to test out the phone. The 30 days start on the day she bought the phone. If she is still within 30 days of buying the phone, then she can get another new different phone if she wishes to or get another new chocolate phone.
