Its been shown that about 1 cup of coffee a day is fine, but use caution having more. I would cut the red bull out and insted have a banana or fruit juice which will give you lots of energy.

i would definately not drink red bull, that is just crazy and it specifies on the can not for pregnant or lactating women, but coffee is each to their own, i drank coffee when i was pregnant in moderation, and everyhting was fine!

yes, you should really avoid them. i took a child development even tho im only in highschool but you should avoid as much caffeine and sweets as possible. also, if you smoke, you should stop it. it can affect your babies health so im sure youd want the best for your kid.

you dont need to cut it out completely, but do limit the caffine you put in your body. caffine dehydrates you.

they say a cup of coffee a day is okay, but i've always just cut caffeine out almost altogether (except for a smidge of chocolate!). i don't know anything about red bull. i suggest you talk to your doctor about it at your appointment, since they will be able to offer advice specific to you about lots of things.

      best wishes with the pregnancy!

maybe just swap your red bull for a coffee or a tea..!! red bull is full of other stuff that may harm the baby!! 1 or 2 coffees a day is fine though!!

I'd cut out the redbull, bull while my mom was pregnant with me she drank 2 cups of coffee a day and smoked various things and I'm fine. I'm even on the honor role. lol. So you should be fine with the coffee!

Yes!! Stay away from caffein! you can have a tiny amount once in a while….but coffe is loaded and so is red bull. Sorry, but its not a good idea. I havent had coffee in 6 months!! WAAAAAAA!!!

Best not to have a lot of caffeine, but a bit will be fine. Is it a big cup of strong coffee you are drinking, or a latte? That would make a difference. And if you love coffee, try decaffeinated, or mix it half and half!

Yes stay away from caffeine when your pregnant, basicly it can make you go in labor and lose the baby.
