constantly nauseated including lower abdominal pain with breast full of milk even though i’m not breastfeeding?

  Well, you don’t say if you have recently been pregnant - if you have not, then you need to seek medical attention - there are a couple of medical problems besides pregnancy which can cause these conditions, and they need to be treated. Call your doctor.
