I have and LG Chocolate (it’s black) and I accidentally crushed it and the inside screen is broken. How much would it cost to get the exact same phone at a Verizon store compared to getting it on the Verizon website store?

That really depends on how long you’ve had it. If it’s been under 18 months, and you have no insurance, you’ll have to buy the phone at full retail. Prob. around 250.00. If it’s been longer than 18 months, and you’re eligible for an upgrade, the difference is going to be how quickly you’ll get the new device “in hand”… ordering on line means they have to ship the phone to you, going to the store, they give the phone to you as soon as they have your money.
Cracked screens are considered customer abuse and not covered by warranty, but…. if you have the extra 1.99 per month charge on your bill (in addition to 4.99 insurance) you can get a refurb for 50.00…..
