im not sure if that it is a Cuban dish, but this one lady made it and said it was. all's I remember was it was sooo yummy.
it had plain white rice, black beans, and raisins, it was cooked in some sort of broth, and I think she served it with pork? does anyone have an idea and or a recipe?
it's just a rice dish. not a soup. sorry shoulda said that
