Seems like every country has its own “food”….American is a big mix but are their some things that came from America USA? Anyone know where to find a list
Does anyone know where to find a list of what is domestic USA (North American) Foods?

I would look for native crops. Thanksgiving reminds me that corn is possibly our own, and who can forget turkeys, Pine nuts may be in there too.
Johnny Appleseed has a nice history where I grew up in New York, New Paultz is loaded with those trees. The best blueberries grew on top of Black mountain on Lake George.
I’m sure there are other local stories of farmers and wives cooking.
