No. I don't think so.
However, the active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase of osteoporosis.
Hence, not so advisable to have excessive intake of coke.

No that does not cause acne. It would be healthier if you drank caffeine free drinks. It would be even better if you only had like one a day or every 2 days. Coke and soft drinks in general are not good for you. I drink water most all of the time and have a diet coke every few days with a meal. If your having an issue with acne you should say something to your doctor about it. There are some prescription creams and so on that might help you. Also try to wash your face every night and keep it from getting to oily.
