That is a toughie. I would say either as long as the Doritos are Cool Ranch or Nacho Cheese and the potato chips are plain, and they are put INSIDE the sandwich in one thin layer to provide some crunch.

I would choose Dorito's.
That way, you can use chunky Salsa on both of them!!
I would instead choose Gatorade (lemon-lime) for the drink.

just the sub personally but i'd go for potato chips anyday over doritos. too much over-powered powdered cheese nacho chips just doesn't compliment my sub
