i really dont use phone heaps but it seemed like a good on for $150 aud what do u think. it was released in july 2006 is that old or ok

Hey i bought this phone (from the telstra shop) for my friend as a present and one of my collegues has the same phone, after about 6 months something happened to the speaker whereby occasionally you would call them/they would call you and you can hear them but they can’t hear you. It’s easily fixed by turning the phone on and off but it is annoying when it keeps happening especially if you are waiting for an important phone call.
I also heard that it is really bad at finding reception which souldn’t be too bad if you are in the city area.
Other than those two problems it is a nice looking phone and does the job.
