HELP WHAT DO I DO! SOMEONE HAS JUST DRUNK A WHOLE BIG BOTTLE OF GIN OR SOMETHING I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO?

  Watch the person (duh). If they start puking blood call 911. If you know the person well, think how much they usually drink and what kind of reaction they have then and gage that. Watch when and if they pass out, make sure it’s just regular out. Really if you are uncomfortable watching this person I would call 911. There is a such thing of alcohol poisoning. Best to you both!

  Absolutely call 911 or poison control at least. Alcohol poisoning can be deadly and is VERY toxic.

  syrup of ipecac will make them puke it up
  If already puking then keep feet up and help them puke!
  keep air way clear!
  if they pass out, set a watch over them
  to make sure they don't choke in sleep
  Give milk to coat stomach, after they've gotten done puking
  Water and aspirin later, after puking stops.
  Check for pulse, and see if skin gets cold, or clammy (wet moist) if it does, then you need to call for transport to hospital/emergiency services.
  Watch this person for violent behaviour, it is common with alcohol overdose.

  don’t let him go to sleep. In between vomits, make him drink water to help coat his stomach so he don’t tear the lining of stomach. Eventually, he’ll stop vomiting. CALL 911 HE COULD DIE!!!

  Have them drink a couple glasses of water & keep them over the toilet puking, don't let them puke everywhere. If your like me & can't handle cleaning up puke use a shop vac on wet mode if you have one. The hospital will pump the stomach so you can save a trip to ER if they keep drinking water & puking. If they pass out watch them carefully. Did they actually drink a 1/5 or a pint or a half gallon. If it's a pint they will be fine just real sick tomorrow, 1/5th they might be ok if it's a half gallon get to the hospital. Call the hospital to be sure about what to do. You can drive them to the hospital, just be sure to bring a bucket so they don't puke in your car.

  To be honest, if (s)he’s conscious enough to refuse the hospital there’s probably not a whole lot more they can do for him/her than you can. The most important thing now is to make sure (s)he keeps puking and that (s)he doesn’t choke on his/her puke. That being said, if you don’t feel you can handle this you should probably call an ambulance anyways - better safe than sorry.
