He is the your boss he can drink/shoot heroin in the bathroom if he wants to. You are an underage employee (re: drinking) who can get fired for whatever he wants to fire you for.

Depends on their policies. If you didn't drink it then he shouldn't be able to. Heck get some evidence of his drinking on the job.
If anyone brings you again just flat out refuse it. Never a good idea to drink on the job regardless.

You could, because your manager could get a big old fine on him if someone from the liquor control board happened upon that scene.
