Apply for a job in the kitchen of a Mexican restaurant.

Get a cook book. There are books with those kind of recipes only.

Sneak across the Mexican border and look for a job in a restaurant where ordinary Mexicans wont work. Ask the MexicanFederrales to help you find a place to stay, get health care, and a place to stay. You'll love there!

Buy corn tortillas, flour tortillas, cumin, red pepper, lots of cheese -Monterrey jack and Cheddar, a jar or can of taco sauce then fry up some ground meat. Mix any or all of the above, top with cheese, bake. Then top with sour cream, lettuce and tomato. Now you have 90% of all beef mexican recipes.

Simple. Get a Mexican cookbook or get a job in a Mexican restaurant. Probably the book is a better option for you.
      Go http://www.Amazon.com

Go to recipes for Mexican food.com - It's really easy to cook Mexican, and the more you cook any food, the better you'll get at it and always try different variations on your recipes until you get it just the way you like it. Good luck and good eats!!!
