I live in a apartment complex so trick or treaters can’t really trick or treat where I live. All the buildings in our apartment complex have main entrances. So if they wanted to know who was passing out candy, they would have to ring individual apartment numbers.
What are creative ways to pass out candy for the trick or treaters? I miss it when I was at my parents house (they live in another state).
If I knew anybody who lives in a house, I would crash at their place and help pass out candy.

sit out front in a scarecrow costume(or whatev!) reeeaally still and jump at people! keep the bowl of candy near you.
or just throw candy from your window(lammme idea!) Or lower with a bucket from your window

It’s hard. I live in an apartment too, so I have the same situation. You could volunteer at a carnival or mall or something. They now have a lot of places that are safe trick or treating venues for kids like the zoo, malls, churches, etc.

Trust me. Kids are crazy for candy. I usta jump fences to get to apartments just for their candy.

I was going to mention the church also.
What about getting dressed up and going to a Children’s hospital.
You could visit each ward and brighten up someone’s day.
But make sure you check with the nurses at each ward who and who cannot have candy.
Take some sugar free candy and little gifts from the $1 store for the little ones too sick to eat.

Definitely get a lawn chair and sit outside, I did it for yrs (weather permitting)when I was younger, I loved it, after the 1st yr, neighbors from the bldg joined me. It became our own little halloween party, and we’d eat and drink (oops) afterward. The landlord was a jerk and didn’t let us decorate (that would have topped it off) Have fun
