    because of the flavours.

Also with the chinese food that is in chinese retraunts the sauces are full of MSG which is a flavour enhancer.

The MSG stimulates the taste buds, which make them more sensititve to the taste making the food seem more flavourful than it actually is.

MSG is also used in chocolate.

I prefer a Chinese diet simply because it is so simple to make!
I also enjoy "going Chinese" because I can season it with different seasonings, although I do prefer adding many "salty" flavors over my other sweet seasonings. - I think the cooking ease with salty-flavors is easier because it "blends" better in my stir-fry pan.
Also, I cook with more fresh VEGGIES (which help to fortify our bodies better than the fats and grease of red meats.)

well i love REAL chinese food. You know the stuff they eat in china. This americanized stuff such as " shrimp fried rice, general tso's chicken, blah bahl" i have never seen in china. I lived in china for a year and a half and i must say the food there is to die for. I miss it already, but you know in america anyways it's cheap and easy.

think about it cheap and easy food here is fast food, which is why so many people are fat. But cheap and easy food there is like noodles or soup. Maybe it gives us another alternative to cheap and easy food.
