      It's probably in your security menu; many phones require a key to reset them, too. If you're presently a T-Mobile customer and the Chocolate is unlocked, you can call them and they will walk you through the reset process and help get you onto the air. 1-800-937-8997 from any phone; be sure to call from a phone other than the one you want to set up!
