You go to the Physician immediately to determine the cause of the boil. If it is a staff infection, you should be on very potent antibiotics so that another boil does not appear.
Do not “prick” the boil as the debris from a boil can cause another boil if it touches another part of your body.

Wait till they come to a head and then prick them with something clean and sharp. Then squeeze and see what happens.
