how do you crack an egg with one hand?

  hold egg firmly with one hand
  crack on edge of table
  move toward bowl and gently allow egg to open in bowl
  the sight is unbelievable..
  some times you get twins

  It’s all in the wrist action!
  Grip the egg in one hand, hit it on the side of a bowl hard enough so that you get the perfect crack, then use your thumb and fingers to pull it apart allowing it to fall into the pan or bowl.
  The trick is to hit it hard enough so that it cracks perfectly, but not so hard that the egg starts falling out of the shell.
