You dredge the chops through some flour. Salt & pepper them. Put a little oil in your pan. Not too much. Just enough to coat the bottom. Turn your heat to medium. Put them in the pan. Let them cook for about 10 mins. Then flip them over and let them cook on the other side for about 10 minutes.

Take them out of the pan. Cut into one with a knife to make sure that it's done.

Typically it would be alot easier if you fry them in a skillet and you can even fry them up without flour.

A friend of mine used to season them with seasoning salt, pepper, and garlic powder (or whatever you like) and then melt some butter with some oil (to prevent the butter from burning) in a large skillet and fry them up. Can't remember how long it should be before you turn them but keep a close eye on the chops because they will cook fast.

Both answers are great - I would suggest using a loose lid on the pan, this will help keep them moist as well.

Pork/pig is on of the dirtiest meats out there. We usually cook them twice and this also makes it really tender and juicy.

We put the chops in a covered medium pan with a few cups of water, a clove of garlic, rosemary, salt/pepper and a squeeze of lemon. Let it boil for a few minutes then simmer for 20 mins. Remove from pan and drain. Now on a skillet, melt 1 tsp butter, add Olive oil or whatever oil available then fry as usual.

To prepare the porkchops you must 1st rinse w/COLD water first & let dry. The best skillet to use is a cast iron w/a good amount of oil-cresco-on med high. If not sure if hot enough, test w/a pinch of flour & hear for the crackle. In one container or bowl, mix 1egg and 1/8 cp of milk per chop. In second bowl, mix 1/2-1cp of flour per chop with salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion powder, meat tenderizer, and optional oregano.
Dip chops first in egg mix then flour mix twice & place in skillet. Fry on 1 side until edges are crispy & then flip &repeat. ENJOY!
