I find I need two cups every morning to relieve joint and muscle pain and increase my blood sugar, to get me going. I have acid reflux; so low acid coffee is best for me. I life Starbucks Kenya beans above all. I use a French press and 4 scoops of grounds and 140F water. If 140F, 65C water is not at hand I put 1/2 cold water first then add 1/2 hot water. Oh, add 2 large scoops of brown sugar and stir and put the press in place and wait for 10 minutes or a little more. Lower caffeine, low acid, great taste!
I like coffe very much. As far as I can remember when all the children were drinking milk, I was already drinking. I prefer black coffee. The smell of the coffee brightens my day.
Slightly strong, and black (nothing added).
Freshly ground beans make the best coffee.
Coffee grounds can go rancid because of the oil contained in them.
Making good coffee is an art.
For me, a day is not complete with out coffee. My family knows that I need my dose of coffee in the morning before they are able to talk to me.
The way I like my coffee differs. I need 2 cups of coffee with cream and no sugar in the morning no matter what time of the year.
I take black coffee with cognac and no sugar in the evening during winter and once in a while ice coffee with milk and no sugar during summer.
It's quite chilly right now and I feel like making one. Which? You already know.
I like mine with sugar and loads and loads of creamer. I can’t take black coffee. Too bitter for my taste.
Also, I like coffee that is not too hot. I even prefer iced coffee. In coffee shops, I always have frappes basically because frappes are sweet (I have a sweet tooth, is why).
I like mine super duper duper hot! I always want my tongue and lips to burn while sipping it.=D
Instant are the easiest to make, and thats whats mostly available in my shelf. I microwave full cream fresh milk, scoop of coffee and sugar. If I dont have fresh milk, coffee and condensed milk.=D
If I’m out…Irish press from UCC, Caramel Macchiato from Starbucks, Cafe Mocha from Seattle’s Best, and fresh Batangas Brew from this Place in Tagaytay…which I forgot the name.=)
My one rule is sugar in tea if it needs any,
cream in coffee if it needs it.
Coffee comes in four sorts, although
no science book says so.
One is any fairly light flavor.
A second is sweeter flavor.
A third is slightly bitter flavor.
A fourth is robust or thicker flavor.
The most important thing, as with teas, is to find
‘which sort of flavor you prefer,
or two, and stay with these most of the time
so you enjoy your coffee–even if it’s expensive
and you have to drink it a little less often.
I like my coffee brewed. Colombian Coffee. Sometimes I drip brew my coffee using unbleached filter, sometimes I use French Coffee Press especially when I am in a hurry.
I take it with Muscovado Sugar (the best) and Nestle Coffeemate only for creamer.
The Coffee brand I am using is Kirkland Colombian Coffee in a can. bought it for about 600+/can and last about 2-3 months, available at S&R. It taste good than Maxwell’s French Roast if you prefer strong coffee flavor with caramel after taste.
