this is really easy… and real good… or u can use the bouillon cubes like for beef or chicken… one cube per cup of water..

If you have just roasted a piece of meat you drain off all the fat. Leave the meat essence in the roasting pan, add some corn flour or if you have none add some ordinary flour, mix it together with the meat essence and add some boiling water to your desired thickness. Bring to boil and hopefully you will have some gravy.

You need meat juices (drippings — not too greasy), or at least some stock — beef, chicken, whatever — get this simmering on low heat, then mix two Tablespoons of flour with about a cup of water, slowly drizzle this into the pan while stirring constantly, keep letting it come back to a simmer — as you get it all into the drippings it should be starting to thicken and darken a little bit.

I buy gravy in the jar or use beef/chicken cubes and water and a little flour to make gravy thick
