How do you make Mexican cheese dip?
How do i make the white mexican cheese dip? I dont want all the peppers ad stuff inside it. Just the cheese and some (spices?)

Title: CHILE CON QUESO
Categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese, Mexican
Yield: 1 1/4 cups
1 c Asadero cheese; shredded *
4 oz Jalapenos, chopped;
-drained, OR
4 oz Poblanos, deveined &
-julienned
1/4 c Half & half
2 T Onion; finely chopped
2 ts Cumin, ground
1/2 ts Salt
Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly,
until the cheese is melted. Serve warm with tostaditas.
(If this is made with julienned poblanos, it’s called
“queso con rajas de chile”).

Plain cheese & milk melted in a pot over heat or microwave…You really don't need the spices…You could drain and add Rotel they have mild if you like…

blend the cheese with some olives, chopped onion and mayonaise it will taste great.

You buy that white cheese at the grocery and melt it. There is a recipe on the package and it does call for some milk to thin it. Look in the dairy section where the sour cream and cream cheese type products are.
