      If you are referring to a specific ethnic food such as you've listed it is proper to say it in it's original language (just as you've written them). The exceptions might be "rice bowl and crunchwrap supreme" - they may have a more specific French regional name for these.

      This is what I think they are.

      je marque
      chaloupe

      crunchwrap supreme
      boucle bowl
      guacamole
      sauce

      Everything would stay the same (okay, they'd pronounce it differently but it would still be the same word)
      except rice bowl would be "bol de riz" and crunchwrap supreme would be something like maybe "wrap-croustillant suprème".

      Also the word salsa is technically the Spanish word for "sauce" but when we're referring to Mexican-type tomato salsa, we'd still say "salsa".
