Toss it down the drain. Not good for the diet and not good for anyone else. Had a Friend just killed by a drunk driver. You just never know so why take a chance. Save your life an those of others.

Beer has a lot of calories. It’s bound to make you gain weight if you don’t cut calories from other places in your diet. Keep at it and you should be ok, but don’t do that every weekend.

aah, the glories of beer…it taste great but its soo filling! LOL, children were issued rations of beer in the days of the poor houses because it filled their bellies (and put them to sleep).
I too like beer, but it isn’t great for the belly. Now, they do have those “light,” beers and those ones that have 64 calories, but lets be honest, they pretty much taste like piss water. Just cut back on the intake, remember to temper each drink with a glass of water in between every two beers or so.
Are you getting drunk to get drunk or doing it while out having fun? Thats what you have to look at.

Don´t worry. Beer is really healthy. No problem doing it. It doesn´t kill your diet! Beer = nutrients and some calories but not too much. You don´t need to change anything
