Extremely fattening and unhealthy. All of the noodle dishes and fried wontons are loaded in fat and calories and dont keep you full for very long. Whenever I eat at a Chinese Restuarant I order off of the "Healthy Menu" which consists of things like Steamed Veggies and Chicken and Shrimp because they have no oil, salt, butter or MSG.

Chinese food . uses a lot of MSG and although it is suppose to be a food enhancer, it also cause a person to eat more then they really need.

Chinese is like the worst thing for you heath-wise. Try japenese instead, its MUCH healthier.

It is so bad to eat chinese food. The fat is not the worst part of it. Chinese food has a ridiculous amount of calories. it is as bad as eating fast food.

They say it is the sauces that are the worst. Rice is not great either. 300 -500 calories per cup for white or fried respectively
